Looking for a fun local twist on a classic Sangria? Look no further! We’ve got a great recipe for a sangria made from all local ingredients.
This recipe features our refreshing Tart Cherry Lime Soda.
Nothing says summer like sangria and we wanted to give you a way to enjoy this classic drink with a local twist. We love making recipes that promote local ingredients that we can get at our local farmers markets. The beauty of this recipe is that you can use whatever fruit is in season and you’ll get a great tasting sangria.
At the St. Catharines Farmers’ Market we are lucky to be next to Kings Court Estate Winery. Their Princess Rosè is perfect for this fun sangria recipe. At the Niagara-on-the-Lake Market at the Village we are next to Marynissen Estates Winery. Their 2019 Rosè is also perfect for this delicious recipe. Using these local wines will allow you to make a fully local sangria. All you need is some local fruit from the market and you are all set to go.
